Vocational theory and practical training in companies should complement each other. The Swiss dual vocational education system provides a reference model.

CHESTABLISHED DUAL SYSTEM
Switzerland
In Switzerland, young people usually learn a profession in a company while also attending vocational school. Intercompany training courses complement their education.
- Training in companies and vocational schools

- Recognised qualifications: EBA and EFZ

Kosovo
Kosovo has vocational schools and training programmes. Dual vocational education is gradually expanding to provide more opportunities for practical learning in companies.
